Booking a Customisation Slot for Our Wedding Ring Box

By booking a customisation slot for a bespoke wedding ring box, you understand that it will be completed and ready for collection at the end of your selected month. 

Note: As the day of completion is usually on the 30th or 31st of the month, you are encouraged to choose the month before your need-by or wedding day.

How The Customisation Process Works

• Step 1: Book a customisation slot

Once you add a slot to cart, you will have to make a non-refundable deposit of SGD40 to secure a slot. This will serve as a confirmation of your slot and will be used to offset the final payment for your bespoke order.

• Step 2: We will get in touch with you

Our founder and artist, Charlotte, will reach out to you 1 - 2 months before your order’s fulfilment date to discuss and confirm your design. This is when we will get you to fill in a short form to input what you have in mind for the design of your ring box.

• Step 3: Make the final payment

After we have acknowledged your design, we will provide a final quotation (including all requested add-ons) and you will have to make the remaining payment. 

Should there be any changes in fulfilment dates, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make arrangements to accommodate to the best of our abilities.

Note: Your slot will be cancelled if orders are not finalised at least 1 month before the date of fulfilment. In the case where we are unable to get an email or WhatsApp response from you by then, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Step 4: Arrange for delivery or self-collection

We will contact you when your bespoke wedding ring box is ready for delivery or self-collection! Due to the fragile nature of the figurines, self-collection (Serangoon, Singapore) is highly recommended. For more details on local and international delivery, please read our FAQs.

Measurements of Our Wedding Ring Box 

The measurements of the wedding ring box are as follow:

Diameter: 10cm 
Height: 8cm 

Note that these measurements have included any figurines, items or scenery that may be added on but are only to be used as a gauge.

Pricing and Optional Add-ons

Our prices start at SGD350 for a couple figurine box and this may vary based on design and any optional add-ons. 

Add-ons can include:

• Per bouquet or items on figurines: SGD10

• Per additional human figurine: SGD35

• Per additional animal figurine: SGD25

• With scenery or background: SGD20-80 (depending on complexity)

Care Instructions

All our polymer clay creations are sealed with glaze and can maintain its quality for a long time when handled with love and care. 

Dropping, regular knocking, or applying great deliberate force may cause breakage. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat and do not scratch. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth. 

Disclaimer: Read Before Ordering

Oh Glorious Clay does not provide drafts, but we will craft the figurines based on the reference photos provided in our in-house style. Note that the final product will not be an exact replica. Our clay artist has the creative right and discretion in ensuring that all preferences and conditions of the order are met.

We will only be responsible for the following mistakes made in the handcrafting process, and will, in such cases, make appropriate changes at no extra charge: 

1. Misspelling of wordings, and/or

2. Design that does not meet the requirement of specific details given (e.g. figurine sitting instead of standing).
