Booking a Customisation Slot for Our Wedding Trinket Dish

Note that the completion date of your personalised trinket dish is usually on the 30th or 31st of the month i.e. the end of the month you selected. Thus, you are advised to select the month before your wedding day.

Process of Customising a Trinket Dish

• Step 1: Book a customisation slot

To secure a slot for a personalised trinket dish, you will have to add a customisation slot to cart and make the deposit of SGD40. This deposit is not refundable and will be used to offset the final payment for your order.

• Step 2: We will contact you nearing the date

About 1 - 2 months before the fulfilment date, our founder and artist, Charlotte, will contact you to finalise the design for your trinket dish. We will send you a form to fill in the details so we know what you have in mind.

• Step 3: Make the final payment upon quotation

Upon receiving your design brief, we will acknowledge it and clarify the details if necessary. After which, a final quotation will be provided and you will have to make the remaining payment (after offsetting the deposit of SGD40).

If any changes in the fulfilment date is required, please inform us immediately and we will make the necessary arrangements if possible.

Note: The full payment will have to be made at least 1 month before the scheduled fulfilment date. If we are unable to reach you via email or WhatsApp by then, your deposit will be forfeited and your order will be cancelled.

• Step 4: Schedule a shipping or collection date

Once your bespoke wedding trinket dish is ready for shipping or collection, we will get in touch with you. As figurines tend to be fragile, you are encouraged to do self-collection at Serangoon, Singapore. Please read our FAQs for more information on local and international delivery.

Note that these measurements are meant to be used as an estimate only. The height has included figurines, but may be subject to change if you have any taller items or scenery in the background.

Pricing and Optional Add-ons

Our prices start at SGD290 for a trinket dish with figurines of a couple. The final price may vary depending on the design and any add-ons. 

Add-ons may include:

• Per bouquet or items on figurines: SGD10

• Per additional human figurine: SGD35

• Per additional animal figurine: SGD25

• With scenery or background: SGD20-80 (depending on complexity)

Care Instructions

Our polymer clay crafts are finished with high-quality glaze to preserve its condition for a long time when handled with love and care. 

Breakage may happen if the dish is dropped or if constant deliberate force is applied. To keep your dish clean, wipe it with a damp cloth. Ensure that it is kept away from direct sunlight and heat and not scratched. 

Disclaimer: Read Before Ordering

Note that Oh Glorious Clay does not provide drafts. What we will do is to craft the figurines based on the reference photos provided in our in-house style, i.e. the final product will not be an exact duplicate. Our clay artist has the creative right and discretion in ensuring that all preferences and conditions of the order are met.

We will only be responsible for the following mistakes made in the handcrafting process: 

1. Misspelling of wordings, and/or

2. Design that does not meet the requirement of specific details given (e.g. figurine sitting instead of standing).

In such cases, we will make appropriate changes at no extra charge.
